Join The Friends of Providence!

March 23, 2017

Happy Spring!

We are excited to launch a new initiative here at Providence Connections called The Friends of Providence. The Friends of Providence is a newly created philanthropic friend and fundraising group geared towards Pittsburgh young professionals who want to make a difference in the Northside through volunteering their time and expertise to families in crisis at Providence Connections. The FPC is charged with creating a community of rising leaders in support of advancing the North Side and the families we serve.

This past February, we hosted our first fundraising event, in which the FPC raised over $5,000 for Providence Connections! Over the course of the year, this group of volunteers will hold a variety of fundraising and recruitment activities, and we hope you will join us in making an impact at Providence and in the Northside.

The mission of The Friends of Providence Committee(FPC) is to fundraise for Providence Connections and to engage in community outreach within the greater Pittsburgh community, with a highlight on The Northside and the families Providence Connections serves. The FPC provide support and guidance based on their specific areas of interest and expertise, while advancing the overall mission of Providence Connections, to strengthen families and enrich lives.

If you would like to volunteer please complete this form, or email and we will follow up with you as soon as possible.

We look forward to making a difference in the Northside with you!
