The preschool classroom provides active play and learning giving children many opportunities to practice new skills. Refining basic concepts in preparation for more challenging learning experiences is also the focus. A variety of themes and activities allow for the development of social and emotional skills.

I have been here at Providence for almost 15 years working with children ages 2 through school aged. I currently have an Associate’s degree with a focus in child and family studies and a Child Development credential. A few of my favorite activities to do with children is to play with them in the gym and read to them! I truly enjoy working with preschoolers and hope to build a positive relationship with your child!
