One of the most popular in the area, our Summer Camp for children who have finished Kindergarten through the age of 12 runs weekdays from 8:00am to 4:30pm for nine weeks between June and August.
A TYPICAL DAY
Campers are provided with a daily nutritious breakfast, lunch and snack, and enjoy enrichment classes in STEM, nutrition and cooking, literacy, and other areas. We offer daily recreation opportunities on-site and in our community.
On a weekly basis, children enjoy outings to local sports, arts, cultural, and recreational venues, courtesy of the Tickets for Kids Foundation. Past special activities have included rock climbing, kayaking, and a trip to Idlewild and Soak Zone. We continue our partnerships with Venture Outdoors and Reading is Fundamental throughout the summer, and bring in organizations such as the Stop Now and Plan program and the Carnegie Science Center to supplement our curriculum.
